Tribal Character Design

I designed this African tribal character, inspired from the film Apocolypto. I started with an idea of creating a divine personality who could seek energy from spirits in other dimensions. His costume and body paint (tattoo) is quite different from his fellow men. He is more of gentleman attitude, humble and calm. The symbols illustrated on his chest and waist are referred from African Adinkra symbols, Supremacy of god, Harmony, Strength, Hope and Nurturing.
